Second Works and Business Division are located at the Chingtan Working Site. Second Works was established in 1964 with advanced equipment, high-level technology, strict security control system. It specializes in printing security documents for government and private organizations. The products include passports, identification cards, building and land title certificates, entry and exit permits, postage stamps, checks, drafts, stocks, bonds, gift coupons, labels, etc., which are produced with high security features and excellent quality.
